1. Ship your bow. Download shipping label. links for shipping label and packing instructions. 2. Pay for services Shortly after you ship the bows you need to email to us at MyBowExpress@gmail.com what services you want to purchase. Make sure to include your name, phone number and shipping address. MyBowExpress@gmail.com We will reply to you within 12 hours with an invoice to be paid by credit card. The invoice must be paid before we ship your bows back. 3. We ship your bow back We do the rehair and ship your bows back to you within 3 business days after we get the bows, often sooner. We email you tracking number as soon as shipping label is created. |

Paying for Services

If your bow requires additional work you can indicate so in your email. No work is ever done unless authorized by customer. The payments are securely processed by SQUARE.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary but most are around $15 for UPS ground. We ship the bow back to you at our expense using UPS Ground or USPS Priority. Our packaging is 36x5x5 and 4 lbs for 1 or 2 bows. Our tubes are made with furniture grade PVC and fit 2 bows. Your bow is securely attached to a wooden holder inside the TUBE. The TUBE is then inserted into a corrugated cardboard box where it is suspended with foam. We have only limited selection of colors. Let us pick one for you. You must download the shipping label every time you ship your bow. |
